Mission:
Members of a CEO discussion group expressed an interest in learning more about themselves and their leadership and communication styles in order to better run their companies.
Strategies:
- Facilitated an assessment of personality preferences through the use of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
- Conducted a workshop to enhance understanding of the parameters of MBTI and how that understanding can be helpful in both personal and work situations.
- Shared inventory results and assisted each member in the identification of their type.
- Provided additional resources for greater learning about type.
Results:
Enthusiasm for the process and results was significant and members asked for continued opportunities to discuss applications at each subsequent round table monthly meeting.
